Bible Verses about Inner Beauty
4:10 AM0 Comments

1 Peter 3:3-4 ESV

1 Samuel 16:7 ESV

1 Corinthians 13:4-8 ESV
Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away.

Proverbs 3:15-18 ESV
She is more precious than jewels, and nothing you desire can compare with her. Long life is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honor. Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace. She is a tree of life to those who lay hold of her; those who hold her fast are called blessed.

1 Peter 3:1-6 ESV
Likewise, wives, be subject to your own husbands, so that even if some do not obey the word, they may be won without a word by the conduct of their wives, when they see your respectful and pure conduct. Do not let your adorning be external—the braiding of hair and the putting on of gold jewelry, or the clothing you wear— but let your adorning be the hidden person of the heart with the imperishable beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which in God's sight is very precious. For this is how the holy women who hoped in God used to adorn themselves, by submitting to their own husbands, ...

Psalm 34:5 ESV
Those who look to him are radiant, and their faces shall never be ashamed.

Proverbs 31:10-31 ESV
An excellent wife who can find? She is far more precious than jewels. The heart of her husband trusts in her, and he will have no lack of gain. And why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin,

If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit.

1 Corinthians 13:1-13 ESV
If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing. Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; ...

I am very dark, but lovely, O daughters of Jerusalem, like the tents of Kedar, like the curtains of Solomon. Do not gaze at me because I am dark, because the sun has looked upon me. My mother's sons were angry with me; they made me keeper of the vineyards, but my own vineyard I have not kept!

Ezekiel 16:14 ESV

Psalm 1:1-6 ESV
Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers. The wicked are not so, but are like chaff that the wind drives away. Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous; ...

Song of Solomon 3:1-11 ESV
On my bed by night I sought him whom my soul loves; I sought him, but found him not. I will rise now and go about the city, in the streets and in the squares; I will seek him whom my soul loves. I sought him, but found him not. The watchmen found me as they went about in the city. “Have you seen him whom my soul loves?” Scarcely had I passed them when I found him whom my soul loves. I held him, and would not let him go until I had brought him into my mother's house, and into the chamber of her who conceived me. I adjure you, O daughters of Jerusalem, by the gazelles or the does of the field, that you not stir up or awaken love until it pleases. ...

Isaiah 61:3 ESV
To grant to those who mourn in Zion— to give them a beautiful headdress instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the garment of praise instead of a faint spirit; that they may be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he may be glorified.

Psalm 139:13 ESV
For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb.

For many will come in my name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and they will lead many astray. ...

Isaiah 41:1-29 ESV
Listen to me in silence, O coastlands; let the peoples renew their strength; let them approach, then let them speak; let us together draw near for judgment. Who stirred up one from the east whom victory meets at every step? He gives up nations before him, so that he tramples kings underfoot; he makes them like dust with his sword, like driven stubble with his bow. He pursues them and passes on safely, by paths his feet have not trod. Who has performed and done this, calling the generations from the beginning? I, the Lord, the first, and with the last; I am he. The coastlands have seen and are afraid; the ends of the earth tremble; they have drawn near and come. ...

Job 16:1-18:21 ESV
Then Job answered and said: “I have heard many such things; miserable comforters are you all. Shall windy words have an end? Or what provokes you that you answer? I also could speak as you do, if you were in my place; I could join words together against you and shake my head at you. I could strengthen you with my mouth, and the solace of my lips would assuage your pain. ...

1 Samuel 1:1-28 ESV
There was a certain man of Ramathaim-zophim of the hill country of Ephraim whose name was Elkanah the son of Jeroham, son of Elihu, son of Tohu, son of Zuph, an Ephrathite. He had two wives. The name of the one was Hannah, and the name of the other, Peninnah. And Peninnah had children, but Hannah had no children. Now this man used to go up year by year from his city to worship and to sacrifice to the Lord of hosts at Shiloh, where the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were priests of the Lord. On the day when Elkanah sacrificed, he would give portions to Peninnah his wife and to all her sons and daughters. But to Hannah he gave a double portion, because he loved her, though the Lord had closed her womb. ...

Job 1:1-22 ESV
There was a man in the land of Uz whose name was Job, and that man was blameless and upright, one who feared God and turned away from evil. There were born to him seven sons and three daughters. He possessed 7,000 sheep, 3,000 camels, 500 yoke of oxen, and 500 female donkeys, and very many servants, so that this man was the greatest of all the people of the east. His sons used to go and hold a feast in the house of each one on his day, and they would send and invite their three sisters to eat and drink with them. And when the days of the feast had run their course, Job would send and consecrate them, and he would rise early in the morning and offer burnt offerings according to the number of them all. For Job said, “It may be that my children have sinned, and cursed God in their hearts.” Thus Job did continually. ...

Outer Beauty atau Inner Beauty?
4:09 AM0 Comments

LOL.

Well, sebagian orang merasa dirinya tidak berharga.

-Keberhagaanmu dinilai berdasarkan apa kata Tuhan bukan orang lain-

Lihat, apa yang alkitab katakan soal Inner Beauty:

Are You Having A Bad Day?
4:17 AM0 Comments

By: By: Ted Camp, Silent Word Ministries

I heard Dr. Chuck Swindol say, “Each day is different. Some days you wake up and ‘Good morning, Lord. Then some mornings you say, ‘Good Lord, morning!”
The following is a revised thought I recently read.

Me: “God, can I ask you something?”
GOD: Sure!

Me: “God please promise you won’t get mad?”
GOD: I promise.

Me: “God why did you let so much bad stuff happen to me today?”
GOD: What do you mean?

Me: “Well this morning I woke up late. It ruined my day.”
GOD: I know!

Me: “My car took forever to start.”
GOD: I noticed!

Me: “At lunch, they made my sandwich wrong and I had to wait.”
GOD: Hmmmm!

Me: “On the way home, my cell phone went dead.”
GOD: Yes it did!

Me: “And when I got home, I just wanted to massage my feet and relax, but the cord broke. Nothing went
right today! Lord, why did you do that?”

GOD: Well, let me respond. This morning the death angel was at your bed. I had to send
an angel to battle him for your life. I let you sleep through it.”
Me: Oh!

GOD: “I didn’t let your car start because at the time, there was a drunk driver on the road.”
Me: Really!

GOD: “The first person who made your sandwich today was sick and I didn’t want you to catch what they had.”
Me: Wow!

GOD: “Your phone went dead because the person calling was stirring up strife in the church. You did not need to be involved.”
Me: Thank you God!

GOD: “Oh, by the way, the electrical foot massager had a short that would have electrocuted you.
Me: I’m so very sorry God!

GOD: “Don’t be sorry, just learn to trust me in all things, the good and the bad. I know what is best for you.”
Me:  I have learned my lesson! Thank you God for a wonderful day!

GOD: “You’re welcome! Just remember that tomorrow I will again be handling all your problems. I will not need your help. So, have a good day.”

Every day, the we should be able to say,
This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it(Psalms 118:24)
So as we say in Trenton, “Have a good-un y’all!"
These are Words of Wisdom.

Tubuhmu Diciptakan untuk Menyembah Tuhan
8:02 AM0 Comments

Lihat 1 Korintus.

6:41 AM0 Comments

you was born to be the only one

Sangat bodoh, jika kamu ingin terlihat seperti orang lain. Bayangkan jika semua benda di sekelilingmu ingin terlihat berbeda. Bagaimana jika lemari esmu ingin menjadi teleponmu?

Kapan pun kita melakukannya, kita selalu merasa kurang.

Sudahkah kalian menonton Narnia: Dawn Theader Voyage? Ingat waktu Lucy ingin sekali menjadi Susan.

Aslan message for Lucy

Seandainya Ada yang Bertanya Padaku...
6:17 AM0 Comments
Ditulis oleh: Sam

Orang-orang bilang cinta membuatmu buta. Menurutku, cinta memang membuatmu buta dan sedikit bodoh.

Aku mencintai Dee.

Akhirnya, aku mengatakan segalanya kepadanya.

God is So Good!
10:46 PM0 Comments
i'm giving up, Lord!
source: tumblr.com
Heeeey! I just returned from sabbatical. Took 3 days to wrestle with the Lord at the Gethsemane, Hill of Prayer. It was fun! My mum took me there. Me, my mum, and one member of the church. There was a very beautiful place like the Garden of Gethsemane in Israel (PS: I live in Indonesia).
The atmosphere was also very quiet and peaceful. There were small caves where visitors prays, praise and worship room, beautiful gardens and much more. Especially, that place aren't wear any  cost. Well, for 3 days, my mum disciplined me, to be obedient to read the bible and pray. Both in the cave, a special vacuum chamber was provided, the room for praise and worship, even in the bedroom.

The second day, in the very early morning about four o'clock a.m my mum woke me up to pray in the small cave. It was so hard to wake up and I want to continue sleeping. But, at there I feel closer to God and be more diligent in reading the Bible.

When I hesitated with my path, God delivered me about the verse of Isaiah 49. I was touched and cried. The point is God make me sure. Moreover, I'm in accordance with paragraph 4.
"But I said, “I have labored in vain;
I have spent my strength for nothing at all.
Yet what is due me is in the Lord’s hand,
and my reward is with my God."

I was deeply moved. How good God is.

Previous paragraph is really match with what God have done to said with me.

Isaiah 49: 1B- 3 >> "Before I was born the Lord called me;
from my mother’s womb he has spoken my name. He made my mouth like a sharpened sword,
    in the shadow of his hand he hid me;
he made me into a polished arrow
and concealed me in his quiver. He said to me, “You are my servant,
Israel, in whom I will display my splendor."

God said that all I need is "TRUST HIM" of any of what I dreamed of that for me it's impossible to achieve. I was crying uncontrollably in the small cave. I wasn't as fortunate as others, can easily reach the dream because they've a lot of money. But I feel lucky because I have a very good God!

Isaiah 49:6>> "It is too small a thing for you to be my servant
to restore the tribes of Jacob
and bring back those of Israel I have kept.
I will also make you a light for the Gentiles,
that my salvation may reach to the ends of the earth."
